4. T&C for Lens2Cart Points (L2C Points) and Lens2Cart Points+ (L2C Points+)

General Terms for Lens2Cart Points

Lens2Cart Points terms are applicable to discounts provided. Specific terms for individual offers will be mentioned under product listings or communicated separately as part of these terms.

Redemption of Lens2Cart Points will always be limited to a defined percentage/amount of the total order value, as specified in the product listings.

Offer is valid once per user during the promotional period.

Lens2Cart Points+

Customers must have an active Gold Max Membership to avail of the Gold Max Membership Discount.

Customers receive 10% Lens2Cart Points+ on their first purchase and 5% Lens2Cart Points+ on subsequent purchases during the validity of the Gold Membership.

Lens2Cart Points+ validity is 364 days or the expiry of the Gold Membership, whichever comes first.

Redemption of Lens2Cart Points+ is capped at KES 5,000.

Lens2Cart.com reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms, the membership, or offers without prior notice.

Products Eligible for L2C Points and L2C Points+

The offer applies to selected products across specific categories on the platform. Eligible products will be listed on the product page.

5. Description of Service and Products

Lens2Cart.com offers you the opportunity to purchase eyewear, including spectacles and contact lenses, from high-quality manufacturers and retailers.

Upon placing an order, the company will ship the product and collect payment for the service. Product images, descriptions, and colors displayed on the website are for guidance. Variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings.

6. Your Obligations Regarding Products

By ordering products on the website, you agree to the following:

• You have a valid written prescription for prescription glasses or lenses.

8. Order For and Supply of Products

Once submitted, your order signifies an express intention to purchase the product and cannot be canceled except as outlined below. Orders are processed based on the provided information, subject to verification by Lens2cart.

Orders for prescription glasses may require verification with your prescribing doctor or an independent optician. Order acceptance is subject to successful verification.

All orders will be confirmed via email after receipt of payment.

If a product is unavailable or sold out, Lens2cart will inform you and offer either a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

9. Pricing and Payment

(a) Prices for products are listed on the website and are incorporated into these terms. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings. Products, prices, and services are subject to change at Lens2cart's discretion.

(b) Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

(c) Lens2cart ensures price accuracy but does not guarantee that website prices will match in-store offers.

(a) Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be initiated within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product from our website.

(b) All original tags, price labels, identification tags, the invoice, and the product's original packaging must be intact and included.

(c) The product must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

(d) Customers must provide their order number, date of order, and the date of receipt.

(e) Return packages must be securely sealed to prevent transit damage, as Lens2Cart.com will not be responsible for such damage, and the policy will not apply in such cases.

(f) A dedicated Lens2Cart.com team will evaluate returned products, and their decision on acceptance or rejection of the return will be final.

(g) If the return is approved, shipping costs of up to KES 300 will be refunded, or a voucher may be provided.

Specific Product Requirements:

(a) Product Boxes: All components, including beads, threads, zippers, buckles, and motifs, must remain intact. The box must be unwashed and free from stains.

(b) Lenses: Lenses must be scratch-free and returned with the original box, instructions, warranty, and any extras or complimentary items.

(c) Glasses: Frames must not be bent, twisted, or scratched. All screws and embedments must remain intact. Include the original box, instructions, and any warranties or additional items received with the product.

The refund or exchange process begins only after the product(s) have been received in the prescribed condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days. Payments made via cheque or demand draft may require additional time.

Customers may exchange products for items of the same or higher value (no refunds for price differences if the exchange item is of lower value).

If Lens2Cart.com is notified of a return decision via email or phone, the customer must confirm within 7 (seven) days; otherwise, the opportunity for a return, refund, or exchange will lapse.

This policy applies only to customers in Kenya. Due to prohibitive shipping costs, returns, exchanges, and refunds for international customers cannot be provided.

Cash-on-Delivery Orders: Refunds will not be issued for cash-on-delivery purchases, though exchanges may be facilitated. If the exchanged product is of lower value, no price difference will be refunded.
